Extensive use and product application for engine components


The key engine components necessarily have to be the ones that define accuracy and precision. They are supplied to customers round the globe to various automotive companies. Jaguar being one of largest consumers of cylinder liners, consume about 175,000 liners annually.
Similarly, like cylinder liner, cylinder heads and blocks, flywheels, valve seat inserts, flywheels, pistons are some of the engine components manufactured by Cooper that makes it among the important players among the   in the country. The Cooper foundry is equipped with state-of the art technology that has always been open to accept the newer technology. The various capabilities include Centrifugal casting, sand casting, CNC and robotic machining lines, crankshaft machining, engineering, product and material development.
