Manufacturing
of engines is the one involving talent, technology and precision
manufacturing. Engines are made to suit the various needs and applications be it,
for the use of passenger vehicles, heavy vehicles, marine technology,
generators, infrastructure etc. Integration of the company systems with the
contemporary technology is a must. High performance engines define efficiency
and performance effectiveness as a result of which they can be used for a wide

first to be certified by the Automotive Research Association of India-the ARAI
to develop the range of engines that comply with the new mass emission norms
that are certified by the CPCB-the Central Pollution Control Board of India.

Cooper engines are 40% lighter, occupies 25% lesser volume and competent and

with the Euro IV and CPCB regulations.

Engine components is one of the key
elements of the Cooper portfolio that comprises of generators and engines as
well. Flywheels, Cylinder liners, crankshafts, pistons are some of the key
components manufactured by Cooper. Almost 70% of the components used at the
Cooper foundry are manufactured indigenously. 50% of the total revenues
generated by the company are through the sales of engine components. They form
a substantial portion of the Cooper portfolio and revenues. While the
components can be used for a wide range of purposes and applications, they have
found specific use in some areas such as marine and automotive segment.

irregular supply of power
Deficit of power is a norm in the
country we live in. Intermittent power supply, shortage of power has led to the
launch of genset in both their diesel and natural gas versions. Known for
compact design and low maintenance, Cooper generators are known for performance
efficiency and silent technology. This range of Cooper genset is
available in 10 KVA to 250 KVA generators-all of which are made to suit various
applications such as marine and agriculture, infrastructure, retail and
